Northport Police Report: Criminal Contempt, Harassment
The following arrests were made and incidents reported by Northport police officers between Aug. 17-24.
The following information is taken from the crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. The following arrests were made between Aug. 17-24.

- Arun Konanur, 45, was arrested in Northport on Aug. 17 and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree for violating a Suffolk County Family Court order of protection. Konanurwas also charged with harassment in the second degree for creating physical contact and violating the same court order.
- Dora O'Brien, 40, was arrested in Northport on Aug. 22 for failing to appear in court. O'Brien surrendered herself on an active Northport Village Bench warrant.
- Regina Gordon, 47, was arrested in Northport on Aug. 24 and charged with harassment in the second degree.
