The East Northport Firemen's Fair returns this year from Wednesday Aug 1 through Saturday Aug. 4.
More rides, more booths, and games of chance may make this year's fair the best yet, kicking off with the traditional parade of 21 departments from Smithtown, Huntington, and parts of Nassau County at 7 p.m. Wednesday. The parade will begin at at Larkfield Road and Clay Pitts Road and proceed north down Larkfield to the Firehouse on Ninth Avenue.
Admission is free and $15 gets admission to all rides. All proceeds go toward the fire department. The fair is open from 7-11 p.m. on Aug. 1-3 and 5 to 11 pm on Aug. 4.
