Kevin J. Brandon of Eatons Neck died on Nov. 13 at the age of 52. He was the 2nd Assistant Chief of the Eatons Neck Fire Department and served in the department for 12 years.
Brandon was the beloved husband of Christine, loving father of Emily, Collen, Ryan, and Julian, dear brother of Robert, and Diane Cohen (Tony), cherished son of Bob and Terry Brandon, dear uncle of Sean and Sebastian, son-in-law of Anna and Andrzej Kempisty, and brother-in-law of Andrzej Kempisty (Sophie).
"Kevin was a dedicated person to his community, his family and friends," Laura Brumm O'Donohoe wrote on Facebook. "He will be sorely missed by the Eatons Community and all the lives he's touched! An outstanding gentleman!"
"Eatons Neck won't be the same without him," Andrea D'Eloia Blower wrote on Facebook. "What a kind, good man."
The Eatons Neck Fire Department held a service for Brandon at 8 p.m. Friday at Nolan & Taylor-Howe Funeral Home, a funeral mass was held Saturday at St. Philip Neri Church. Donations to Cow Harbor Warriors, PO Box 204, Northport, NY 11768, would be appreciated.
