Huntington
A 21-year-old Huntington was shot several times in downtown Huntington. Cory Culberth, 21, was standing in front of 6 Wall St. at about 2:50 a.m. Saturday when he was shot in his abdomen and left arm. Another bullet grazed his head, according to police. Culberth was transported in a private vehicle to Huntington Hosital where he is listed in serious condition.

The suspect, is described as a black male between 20 and 25 years old, who fled the scene of the shooting north on Wall Street.

Police are asking anyone information regarding this incident to call

Dix Hills
An incident of harassment was reported at Ingold Drive in Dix Hills on
July 4. The police report indicates that a violent brother bit the
complainant and hit her sister.

Nesconset
John O’Shea, 36, of Westbury was arrested July 7 in Nesconset and
charged with resisting arrest and third degree criminal mischief.
Reports state O’Shea allegedly threw a rock at someone’s car causing
damage of over $1000.  Reports indicate he allegedly swung a knife at
the male victim and scratched his arm on Woodview Dr., Nesconset.

Babylon
The Capital One Bank branch on Little East Neck Road in Babylon was
robbed Saturday afternoon, according to Suffolk County police.

A man entered the bank at about 3 p.m. and handed a note to the
teller, demanding cash. The teller obliged.

The subject is described as a white male, in his late 40s or early
50s, dark hair, 5-feet-5 inches tall, with a slim build. He was
wearing a white painter’s hat, sunglasses, a dark-colored jacket and
shirt, purple pants with a white stripe, dark shoes and was carrying a
black shoulder bag.

The same Capital One branch was robbed in March.
