Woodbine Marina

After $1.7 Million  of taxpayers  money was just spent to upgrade this marina I  understand there is a 14 year waiting list to get a slip, meaning the same people get slips every year. Meaning that the rest of us are paying for this exclusive club and not getting any benefit,  For a slip to open up someone has to die it seems.  I  suggest the waiting list system be replaced with a lottery opened to all taxpayers  would be more fair. So all of us have a chance  for a slip.
