Shady House on 25a

Northport Pansy, Neighbor

Has any one else besides me bothered about that white house on the south side of 25a with the constant garbage in  front of it..it's just a mess. Across from CVS shop Center between Everything green and Nail Salon. People in front drinking in view of the public and I was driving by the other evening and actually saw a man urinating. What's up?? I thought this was Northport not Huntington Station...
