More bureaucracy? Great!

I'm guessing that someone gets paid to lay out bus routes, as part of their jobs. seems it's ok for all in the school bureaucracy that the routes are done by computer, that no one ever bothers to drive these routes or otherwise inspect the computer's wisdom re our children's safety, and when a problem arises, a 'committee' is deemed necessary to get the job done. Amazing!!! Let' s all support this by passing these school budgets, and endorse the ridiculous salaries these superintendents make to run one school district!
