Elwood Crime Alert

On Thursday evening, July 3rd, my neighbor noticed a white 4 door sporty car parked outside on our street, Tinton Place in Elwood. It was 11 pm, parked by the hydrant adjacent to Cardinal Lane. A man or woman inside was flashing a green light into people's windows. The person was most likely casing the area. Police were notified. Please be aware of this and be vigilant!  Report any strange cars and unusual activity.
