Margaret Monahan Dies at 94

Margaret Mary Monahan (nee Summers) of Northport died on April 22 at 94 years old.

She was the loving wife of the late George Monahan, beloved mother of Maryann Izzo, Grace Campea, the late Patricia Mariarossi, the late Margaret Mary O'Brien, and the Late George. She was also the fond grandmother of six grandchildren, pre-deceased by two grandchildren, and adored great-grandmother of two.

Reposing will be at Nolan & Taylor-Howe Funeral Home in Northport on Friday from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday at 9 a.m. at St. Philip Neri Church. Interment to follow Holy Cross Cemetery, Brooklyn.
