“The Executive Board Members, employees, and volunteers of the Boy Scouts of America are very saddened by the unexpected passing of Tony. The contributions that Tony made to the Boys Scouts in Suffolk County were admirable, priceless, and extremely well respected as Council President, Past Council President, Council Vice President and Executive Board Member.  Tony was also a Silver Beaver recipient (one of Scouting’s highest volunteer awards) and a loyal supporter. Scouting meant the world to Tony, and Tony meant the world to us, the Scouts and Scouters in Suffolk County.  A sincere Scout Salute to you, Tony,” said Mark Businski, Council President.

Stupore was married to Carol, his wife and life-long partner, and they have three children.
