“Going green” has become a huge movement in the past few years with more and more people are interested in what going green really means and what benefits it has for our society. With the advances in technology there are many different ways one can go green! Right now with the economy in its current state everyone wants to save as much as they can and by going green is just one way to start!

The most popular green products people are using these days are solar panels, tankless water heaters, geothermal heating, energy efficient appliances, windows, light bulbs and the list goes on…

FHA has a loan called the “203K” which allows new homebuyers to take additional money out after closing to do renovations and even install green technology.
