Happy: A Poem by a Fourth Grader Named Madilyn

Written with love for Newtown by Madilyn Cleveland, 4th grader.

20 little children up near the sun, every single day, they're up there having fun,

But, once they get up there in the clouds, there shall never ever be crying allowed,

Each day they can stuff their cheeks with candy, life up there is nice and dandy,

But, little do the children know, that their family and friends are crying for them below,

But, the children keep playing till one special day, their family and friends come join them to play.

This is awesome Madilyn!! Keep writing!! God has given you a gift to inspire others in good times & bad! Let the Holy Spirit flow through you & the words will come, to put them on paper. I was just a few years older then you are now, when I wrote "SUNSHINE" in 1977, see my post recently. ;-) Amazing! I know Santa heard your "HAPPY" prayer-poem & I know your parents must be very proud of you! Keep doing "Act's of Kindness" & help spread the word. We learn from each other, old & young or big & small! I will say a special prayer for Madilyn! MERRY CHIRSTMAS Little Madilyn & Have a HAPPY New Year 2013! ;-)
