Shop 'Till You Drop to Help Homeless Pets

East Northport's League for Animal Protection of Huntington is holding a holiday shopping event to raise funds for animals in need this winter.

The League for Animal Protection of Huntington, Inc., located in East Northport, is making the holidays a bit warmer and brighter for homeless animals. 

The local non-profit is holding a Holiday Shopping Boutique event Nov. 12 from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. at the Post Office Café in Babylon, featuring a night of cocktails, free appetizers and no-pressure holiday shopping where guests can find stunning and unique holiday gifts including handcrafted jewelry from Silpada, home and personal fragrance products from Scentsy and handbags, totes and pet accessories from Thirty-One Gifts.

Vendors will be donating 20 percent of all purchases to the League for Animal Protection of Huntington, which will help save the lives of homeless dogs and cats.
