St. Francis Hospital’s Outreach Mobile Bus will visit the East Northport Library to provide free health screenings and information for patrons age 18 and older. The screenings will include a brief cardiac history, blood pressure check, and a simple blood test for cholesterol and diabetes. Outreach professionals will also provide patient education and referrals as needed.
