Yoga for Your Core
This Yoga practice focuses on strengthening the core by combining yogic breathing with traditional yoga and core-strengthening exercises from other traditions, like Pilates. A strong core not only enhances a yoga practice, but is vital to alleviate many chronic lower back conditions and supports healthy posture. All levels of practitioners welcome.
In person registration required. Fee is $5.00 Please call ahead to check availability at 499-3722. Priority is given to Elwood residents. Non-residents will be placed on a waiting list.
