JOY CAFE LIVE!

JOY CAFE LIVE! AT CENTERPORT UNITED METHODIST CHURCH FEATURES LIVE MUSIC

Centerport United Methodist Church will present Joy Café Live!, a unique café worship service with music, a coffee bar and refreshments, Saturday, May 31st, 2014, from 7:30 – 9:30 PM.  Lead by Senior Pastor Roy Grubbs, the evening will feature a live musical performance by Leap of Faith, a contemporary Christian band, and will take place in the church’s sanctuary that will be transformed into a café with casual seating. Admission is free and the event is open to everyone in the community.

Leap of Faith performs regularly at CUMC’s Sunday morning services and features Philip Jordan (guitar/vocals), Christine Jordan (vocals), Dan Holmes (bass/keyboard/vocals), RonDiCesare (drums) and guest guitarist Eric Cahalan.  Their set list includes an upbeat, eclectic mix of popular songs and original arrangements.  The Joy Café’s coffee bar menu includes gourmet pastries and assorted beverages, as well as special treats for children.
