Do-ing Music Presents Cross Island Ensemble

The Northport Arts Coalition, in cooperation with the Library, presents the Cross Island Ensemble. Hailed after their recent Cape Cod performances as “just plain great,” the ensemble features cellist Suzanne Mueller, pianist Elinor Abrams Zayas, and clarinetist Thomas Piercy. Their program is an eclectic mix of duets and trios spanning centuries, continents, and styles—classical, Americana, jazz, and tango. Composers will include Max Bruch, Paul Carlon, Masatora Goya, Mark McCarron, Astor Piazzolla, Franz Schubert, Rick Sowash, and more. A meet-the-artists reception will follow.
