"A World of Fun" Earth Day Celebration

North
Shore Montessori School (NSMS) is hosting “A World of Fun” Day
to celebrate Earth Day.  This
is a free event, open to the community where children ages 1-6
and adults will enjoy eco-educational games, crafts and
activities.

activities

will sell organic/locally grown produce



Mindful Eating with
Lety Algeri, a holistic health coach, will host presentations
on healthy eating for your family at 1:30pm and 3pm



GroKind Organics will
discuss how to care for your property in an earth-friendly way



Solar City
will discuss the benefits of solar energy

Danielle Tarantola from
Yoga Foundation will host yoga for kids


 -  Little Athletes
will host sports and activities from 2-3pm



Jenny Lee Homemade
Laundry Soap will be on sale



The Stony Brook School
will discuss their outdoor summer exploration programs

Earth Day activities



North Shore
Montessori School will be running a Yard Sale where a
variety of items such as clothing, toys, Montessori materials,
games etc. will be available for purchase to help support the
building of the NSMS Sensory Playground.  The
North Suffolk Garden Club will raffle off a beautiful
planter.
