Where to Buy Generators, Flashlights, Gas Cans

With the increased number of power outages and many remaining in the cold and dark for nearly two weeks, local stores are rushing to replenish stocks of generators, gas cans, batteries, flashlights, and space heaters.

According to one woman at Syosset Home Depot, deliveries of generators and gas cans are cleared out as soon as they come in. She also remarked that a lot of people who have had their power restored are returning generators.
