Where have you found the cheapest gas around Northport?
Gas prices are still high despite a steady decline in crude oil prices, likely due to a deadlock between slipping gas consumption and stagnant inventories bought at peak prices.
According to the AAA Fuel Gauge Report, regular gas is fetching a $3.70 average nationwide, with a $4.06 average in Long Island. Gas prices around Northport seem to be hovering right around $4.15, with some spots demanding as much as $4.29-- have you been able to find it cheaper in the area?
