: Don’t miss an exciting performance by singer/songwriter and musician Tommy Sullivan, an original member of Johnny Maestro & the Brooklyn Bridge and an inaugural inductee to the Long Island Music Hall of Fame. As musical director of the Brooklyn Bridge, Tommy’s arrangement of “The Worst That Could Happen” went gold within weeks of their performance on the Ed Sullivan Show. Performing on keyboard, guitar, and sax, Tommy will sing songs from the Bridge, 50’s and 60’s classics, and much more. : 5th Annual Chuck Varese Vehicle Extrication Tournament. Thirty-two teams from 18 fire departments will take part in the tournament. 9 a.m. to noon at Steers Ave & Clipper Dr, Northport.

: Antiques, Electronics, Furniture,Clothes, Gifts Christmas Decorations (new), Tools, Mirrors, Washer, Dryer, and too much to list - and if you can remove it you can buy it, most of the house is being demolished. Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. @ 25 Birmingham Dr, Northport.

Sunday

: The ArtWalk is one of the best ways for visitors to enjoy Northport’s bustling and diverse art community by bringing visitors to view the art of established and emerging Artists. The festive atmosphere of Northport will be punctuated by musical performances; live artistic demonstrations and street decorations as town visitors peruse the art in restaurants, antique shops, boutiques and cafes that are part of this historic village. 1-5 p.m. . FREE 

: An entertaining and informative guided walking tour of Northport's historic business district that uses photos from the Society's collection.  Your guide is a local history buff with a true gift for storytelling who makes Main Street's past come alive. Tickets may be purchased the day of the tour in the Museum Shop.  The tour begins at 1:30 p.m. on the front steps of the Museum. $5

: Marine Lt. James Byler, of Huntington, was injured in October 2010 when he stepped on an improvised explosive device (IED) in Northern Helmand Province, one of the deadliest provinces in Afghanistan. senior John Feinberg has organized a charity 5K run through the streets of South Huntington. This three-mile run and charity event will benefit Byler through the Building Homes for Heroes organization.3 p.m. at St. Anthony's High School. $15

: Singles are invited to mingle at St. Paul's Methodist Church at 4 p.m. $5

: Sick in your body? Please join us as we welcome international  guest speaker Matthew Senn for an evening of prayer for those battling with illness. Mr. Senn answered the call to a ministry of healing in 1997.  Under his facilitation, many significant healings have occurred. If you or you know of someone struggling with illness please let them know this night is available to them. All are welcome. Free Admission. 6-9 p.m at . FREE
