Get Out! Northport's Weekend Planner: July 13-15

A rundown of family friendly events this weekend.

: Saturday is the last night to catch the Northport Firemen's Fair from 7 to 11 p.m. at the Fairgrounds on Steers Avenue at Ocean Avenue in Northport. Admission to the fair is free for children under three, $12 for children over three and adults, and $5 for seniors. One wristband per person gets admission to all rides.

: The laugh-inducing, award-winning musical comedy about love in the suburbs, is a touching and insightful look at love and relationships. Fridays at 8 p.m., Saturdays at 3 p.m. and 8 p.m., Sundays at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. also available. Tickets are $60 at the John W. Engeman Theater. : Located at the foot of Main Street at Cow Harbor Parking Lot at the harbor in Northport Village, the Market will include fresh vegetables and fruit from Long Island farmers, fresh fish, grass fed meats, eggs, gourmet foods, fresh pasta, cheese and pickles,, baked goods, gluten free chocolates and cookies, jams, jellies and tapenades, oils, sauces and vinegars, micro brewed beer, handmade soaps, and scrubs, fresh cut flowers, potted plants, perennials and annuals, herbs, treats for your pets, and music for your entertainment. 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

: annual garden tour will feature a self-guided tour of a diverse mix of gardens and promises to be one of the most spectacular yet. The tour runs from noon until 4:00 p.m., allowing attendees ample time to enjoy each garden. Tickets will be available beginning May 15th for members and to everyone on June 1st. The cost is $25 for members; $30 for non-members. Advance registration is suggested to avoid disappointment. Donations for raffle prizes are also now being accepted. All donors will be recognized in the tour booklet.
