A rundown of family-friendly events this weekend.

It;s Friday and you have no idea what to do this weekend. Here is a sampling of some fun family-friendly events going on around town.

Happenings on Main Street: The last outdoor concert of the season features Glenn Baldwin & the Friends of Jazz performing on Friday at 7 p.m. by the Northport dock. Bring lawn chairs or blankets. FREE.

Northport Farmers Market: Located at the foot of Main Street at Cow Harbor Parking Lot at the harbor in Northport Village, the Market will include fresh vegetables and fruit from Long Island farmers, fresh fish, grass fed meats, eggs, gourmet foods, fresh pasta, cheese and pickles,, baked goods, gluten free chocolates and cookies, jams, jellies and tapenades, oils, sauces and vinegars, micro brewed beer, handmade soaps, and scrubs, fresh cut flowers, potted plants, perennials and annuals, herbs, treats for your pets, and music for your entertainment. Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Yard Sale: Some mid-century items, barkcloth panels, crafts, household items and more. 16 Beach Road, Eaton's Neck, NY 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.

Free Museum Admission: Celebrate Labor Day weekend with Bank of America’s Museums on Us by enjoying free access to four Long Island museums: Old Westbury Gardens, Long Island Children’s Museum, Long Island Museum of American Art, History & Carriages and Suffolk County Vanderbilt Museum. Photo ID and a valid Bank of America/Merrill Lynch credit or debit card must be presented.
