42nd Street Musical: With book by Michael Stewart and Mark Bramble, with lyrics by Al Dubin and music by Harry Warren and based on the novel by Bradford Ropes, 42nd Street, is the ultimate Broadway fairy tale as a small town chorus girl, Peggy Sawyer, gets her chance to become an overnight star.  Filled with amazing production numbers such as We're in the Money, Lullaby of Broadway, Shuffle Off to Buffalo and 42nd Street, this fast-paced, dance-filled classic musical celebrates the stuff that dreams are made of. The Nerd: The Minstrel Players of Northport presents Larry Shue's 'The Nerd,' a madcap farce in which a man who has it all- a promising career as an architect, devoted friends and a serious girlfriend- is visited by the quintessential social misfit who up heaves it all. . Saturday at 8 p.m., Sunday at 3 p.m. $15.

: EDY’s fundraising day for the fight against pediatric cancer is Sat, 4/28 at . Stop in to your local Stop and Shop on Sat; give $1 and get a free single-serve ice cream cup. Give $3, and you also receive a limited edition Triple Winner keepsake. The Stop & Shop New York Metro division will donate 100 percent of the proceeds raised during this event to the Department of Pediatrics at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC).

Meadowlark Park Mountain Bike Pizza Ride: C.L.I.M.B. in conjunction with Suffolk Physical Therapy will be conducting guided Mountain Bike Rides through the bike trails of . Tour the trails and hang out for pizza afterwards. Rain date is April 29. 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Free.

A Night of Squeaky Clean Comedy: An Evening of Fun and Laughs at featuring the comedy of Michael Cho, Rich Walker, Just Plain Keith, and Marcus from Comedy to Go, Inc. $15 for Show & Refreshments. For More Information: 631-261-0804 or spumc@optimum.net. 7:30 p.m.

Sunday

: You are invited to come and see what can offer you. Meet the members, enjoy coffee hour and see displays of services, including the Little Lights Preschool, Sunday School, Youth activities, Social Events, Food Pantry events and Worhsip. Hear music groups including choirs and live contemporary worship band. 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. FREE.

Northport Singles Circle: Singles mix and mingle at the on Main Street. 4 p.m. $5.
