While reviewing my schedule, I was reminded of the options in choosing a home, a place to raise your family, start a family or simply hang your hat. I thought I would share one of the most important decisions--location!
While some of us are raising families or simply “hanging our hats,” location in real estate is critical. When choosing a location things to consider might be a commute to work, distance from school, public transportation such as the railroad, or proximity to local beaches and to harbors and marinas for boaters. These factors normally weigh heavily on my clients' choices when it comes to making a real estate purchase.
Before meeting with your realtor to purchase a home, take some time to review the things that will be most important to you. Your realtor can assist you with the best location choices once they know your commuting limits, family activities or hobbies and time constraints.
