Updated: Monday Northport Patch reported that Signature Properties opened its fourth branch in Northport but was waiting for its sign installation following approval by the Northport Architectural Historic Review Board. Tuesday, the sign was hung. Photos attached.

Co-owner BarbaraWanamaker has more than 30 years in the real estate business, having worked for National Homefinders and Coldwell Banker. In 2007, she partnered with homebuilder Peter Morris to open their first office. The company now has two Huntington offices and one in Cold Spring Harbor in addition to the most recent opening in Norhtport.

While the interior offices are finished, the company recently obtained approval for its exterior sign from the Architectural Historic Review Board and is waiting for that to be completed and installed.
