Without the doubt, the best liquor store is pidgeon hill. Me and my husband are so happy to finally have a nice, clean store in our neighborhood!! The owners are so nice and always helpful. Also better prices than a few other places around.

Barrels and Stills on 110. They do great tastings, have a fun Wine of the Week promotion and great selections at reasonable price points.

Pidgeon Hill W & S is what a liquor store should be. All about service!!!! Nice location, good prices and they actually remember your name!

Agreed. This store is quietly the best. If you are on the north shore, swing by.

Pidgeon Hill Wine hands down! The place is always clean and clutter free, the owners are nice and very customer friendly. Love their wine selection and store layout. Great parking too.

Pidgeon hill wine and spirits without a doubt is the best place to get your wine and liquor in the Huntington area. All of their employees and not just friendly and knowledgeable. But they give off a welcoming vibe when you shop their. Instead off like the other store where your either ignored when you ask for help or pushed to an expensive item, but at pidgeon hill they'll ask what other wines you like and try to find a comparable product at a good price. When I wanted to switch from Santa margarita, they found me a comparable wine at less than half the price. Most other establishments would maybe find you something 5 bucks less, if that.

Pidgeon Hill Wine and Spirits hands down! They are friendly, know their customers, and offer advice on many different wines. The store is modern and fully stocked. The gift baskets they have are also amazing for the price. Couldnt ask for a better store in the area.

Pidgeon Hill is a much needed addition to teh neighborhood. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable and the selection is extensive. It is nice to shop in a store that makes you feel welcome and seems to really care about what you want, as opposed to what they happen to be "pushing" at the time.

Love Pidgeon Hill = extremely clean store, courteous -- all of the above comments! And don't forget to try the excellent pizza parlor as well -- also excellent addition to the area & relatives of the liquor store owners!!!

I agree - the name is escaping me - right next to Happy Farms - they know their wines and have a wonderful range of taste and prices!

RE: Pidgeon Hill - Are you are all referring to the liquor store in the plaza where Jenny Craig's is, across from Dragon Gate? If so...wow! I went in there twice and they did not have a large selection of liquors and their prices were very high compared to other stores in the immediate area. (and sorry Joanne, I went to that pizza place - tasted worse than Sbarro and much more expensive than they should be. The italian guy working both times was rude as hell too.) Just my 2-cents.

Hello JD -- where do you go when you want what you consider a good slice of pizza???
