'Barefoot Image' To Return

The Main Street space that housed for the past five years at 106 Main Street is now empty. But it won't be for long.

Fred and Susan Richtberg, who owned clothing store Barefoot Image for 17 years before closing the store in 2009, are reopening in that spot.

TAS owner Trisha Sadowsky relocated her store to 372 New York Avenue in Huntington at the end of May.

When the Richtberg's closed Barefoot Image, which had been located at 155 Main Street in the building that currently houses the offices of charitable organization , they said they weren't planning to close down permanently.

Instead, they said at the time, that they were simply taking a break. They spent that time organizing , among other activities.
