, acclaimed for retail excellence by Décor Magazine, more than lived up to its reputation when co-owners James LaMantia and Robert Bluver hosted an opening for Thomas Arvid on Saturday night.
The appearance of attracted a crowd of more than a hundred guests, some of whom traveled from as far as Delaware and Georgia. It was Arvid’s third visit to LaMantia Gallery, and his first trip to New York in two years.
The event was also a fundraiser for the Victims Information Bureau of Suffolk (VIBS) which assists those who have experienced domestic violence, rape and sexual assault and raises public awareness.
