ORSON WELLES’ F FOR FAKE – "Deceptive" Documentaries – Creativity Film Series at Huntington’s Cinema Arts Centre

Exhilarating, hilarious, and marvelously idiosyncratic, F for Fake is from the late period of Orson Welles’ cinema.

Guest Speaker: Michael Atkinson, Film Critic of The Village Voice & Author “Hemingway Cutthroat” will appear for Q & A and reception following the screening, as part of "Deceptive" Documentaries, inspired by the Heckscher  Museum's Identity Crisis: Authenticity, Appropriation and Attribution exhibition, with monthly screenings presenting a film centering on the themes of fakes, forgery, and the tenuous line between truth and illusion in art.
