"Masterly Oils" by Jane Spalholz

Huntington resident Jane Spalholz discovered her passion for art at an early age.  Inspired by oil painting techniques of the old masters, she studied the historic portraits of Gilbert Stuart.  Her portrayal of George Washington was on display this past summer at the Gilbert Stuart Birthplace Museum in Rhode Island.  Her murals have been on display throughout the town of Huntington.
