The film is about the folk singer and 1960's political activist, Phil Ochs. His politically charges songs became the anthems of the civil rights and anti-war movements. Not only did Phil Ochs believe that music could change the world, but he also struggled with a bi-polar disorder. The film is about his life, music, mental health and the difficult political climate in which he lived.
