“Our main goal is to make this a fun and unique experience for the community and for all of our runners, whether they are elite runners, local runners, children or the Special Olympians who are the beneficiaries of this race,” said Harvey Sussman, Cow Harbor 10K Run race director. “We are extremely grateful to our supporting sponsors and the thousands of participants who have continued to help us make this event a huge success. We look forward to making this year’s Cow Harbor 10K the best race yet.”

An awards ceremony will be held immediately following the race, at the gazebo, during which age group awards will be given out and a check presentation will be made to the Special Olympics New York.
