Extraction Tournament, Spring Festival, Comedy Night and "Growing Up Northport." Pick and choose from this weekends array of events.

It’s Thursday, and you’ve got no idea what you’ll do for the weekend. Patch is coming to the rescue. We’ve got the best bets for your done-work-outta-here time. Check our picks for the activities to hit and new bars/restaurants/shops to explore.


Where/When: ; Friday, 8 p.m.
Why Go: A performance with music from John Leavitt, Copland, Bernstein, Billy Joel and more.
Pricing: General Admission: $10 at door, Seniors: $8.


Where/When: ; Saturday, 9 a.m.
Why Go: Come enjoy the action and support the Northport Fire Department.
Pricing: Free.


Where/When: ; Saturday, 10 a.m.-12 p.m.
Why Go: The Lacrosse Clinic is for girls in grades K-6, and will be taught by the Northport High School Girls Varsity Lacrosse Team.
Pricing: $25.00 per child.


Where/When: ; Saturday, 7:30 p.m.-9:30 p.m.
Why Go: Comedy to Go, Inc. performs the Playhouse at St. Paul's. A great family-friendly show with dessert following the fun.
Pricing: $20 adults, $10 for children (14 years old and under.)


Where/When: ; Sunday, 2:30 p.m.
Why Go: See what growing up in Northport was like through the personal memories and belongings of individuals from the greater Northport area.
Pricing: $5 (suggested donation).
