It’s Thursday and you’ve got no idea what you’ll do for fun over the weekend.

Why Go: Not only will you help raise money for a great cause, but you will get to see Kate Fahrner as Sally Bowles. Fahner has a long theater resume including the tour cast of "South Pacific" and  Project Grad is a non-profit educational reform model claiming to help more students graduate from high school and succeed in college.

Where/When: , Saturday, 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday, 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Why Go: Their menu has a great range for both new and experienced wine drinkers. Also, their calendar is always packed with great benefits, classes and live music. Plus, you can order take-out food from most restaurants in the village and they will deliver to the Tasting Room. If you're really lucky, owner Matt Spirn's Bearnaise Mountain Dog will be in her space in the front window of the retail portion of the business.

Where/When: The Vanderbilt Museum and Planetarium, Saturday and Sunday, family/kids events begin at 10 a.m.; Planetarium evening shows are hourly from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Why Go: The museum and planetarium offers so many types of programs, that adults and kids alike will see stars.

Pricing: General museum admission is $7 for adults, $6 for students and seniors (62 and older), $3 for children 12 and under.

Why Go: The films and offer awareness of the lives of people with disabilities.

Why Go: Super Bowl parties are fun, but you can’t beat the food and drink specials that you’ll find at these places. Take your pick.
