It's Friday! There are plenty of things to do today and this weekend in and around Northport.

  4. girls basketball will face Garden City for the Long Island Class "A" championship tonight at 6 p.m. . Also, St. Anthony's girls basketball team will host St. Peter's of Staten Island in the quarterfinals of the CHSAA Class AA tournament tonight at 5:30 p.m.
