URGENT MESSAGE FROM BETTE! I am so sorry to do this but the District just called and informed me that THERE ARE NO EVENING ACTIVITIES ALLOWED TONITE (Friday, Nov. 9) in any buildings, including Brosnan. I have tried everything but this cannot be changed - - no one is able to assist us on this call. So, we are meeting from 6 to 10 at St. Pauls, 270 Main Street, downtown Northport (where we rehearsed last week). We will also meet there tomorrow from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. I would love the orchestra to come TONITE and please bring any music stands, etc., that you may have. I am headed to Brosnan now and will pick up whatever stands and music I can. As we are setting up at St. Paul's tonite, I would love us to have the orchestra join the rehearsal BOTH TONITE & TOMORROW for whomever possible.Please spread the word as much as possible. I will put signs on the Brosnan Building doors.Let's all go to Dix HIlls Diner tonite after rehearsal for a good time which we all need desperately (and he will give us a much needed cash give back).Thank you all for your help and patience.~Bette
