Northport VA Makes the Switch to Natural Gas
The Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Northport has complete converted from heating oil to natural gas, which National Grid said will result in a carbon savings of more than 5,000 tons per year or 30 percent. The switch is the largest such conversion on Long Island in over a decade.
