Food Drive
The Ocean School Food Drive is taking place this week. Drop off canned and non-perishable food items at the building to help Long Islanders in need this season.

Dead Men Do Tell Tales: Teen Program
Learn how forensic specialists read bones to uncover clues at the Elwood Public Library. Understand the scientific principles relating to the study of the human skeleton and become a forensic archaeologist! Using real human bones, students are introduced to the science of forensic archaeology. As teams of forensic specialists, students are challenged to examine the bones for clues. Students hypothesize about the person's age, gender and possible demise. Registration is required. Call the Elwood Public Library at 499-3722 to register.
