Soft drizzle and balmy temps were no impediment for the children who came out to see Santa at the East Northport Chamber of Commerce Christmas tree and menorah lighting on Tuesday.

Santa arrived with a merry wave at Clock Tower Park on a ruby red East Northport Fire Department fire truck to distribute candy canes to the children while parents sipped hot chocolate nearby.

Music was provided by the 4th and 5th graders of the Pulaski Road Elementary School who sang "Jingle Bells," "Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer," and "Chanukah, Oh Chanukah," accompanied by Don Sherman on guitar and Chris Zacher on euphonium.
